From raikia main road there is left road towords the mandasaru which is 10km from main road. There is good way to mandasaru. If you plan to stay you will get all the benefit in baliguda. Mandasaru Hill Station
It is 10 km to mandasaru from raikia bus stand. If you will go left on the main road near the bus stand, you will find a way to get mandasaru. There are villages and forest on both side of the road.The forest on both sides of the road doubles the beauty of the road and villages. On arrival of Hill station the you have to get entrance ticket from the ticket counter. There is no such special facilities for car and bike parking. you can park inside the gate. A natural park has been set up inside the hill station, for kids slider,hanger, etc are available.inside the park tall sal trees doubling the beauty of park. Cottage also have been built to stay here with paying money as hotel and there is advance booking facilities here. Inside a small restaurant also here. You can have breakfast, tea, lunch and dinner. outside the Hill station there is no hotel or restaurant.There is a hill top to look at the natural beauty where you can stant and watch the natural view. It is more attractive and enjoing place in winter season. You have to come here for enjoy the cold in kandhamal. You can take photos here with beauty of nature. It is very piece place . Newly married couple can come and have fun in this peace place.There are large hills around this place and the spring is flowing at the foot of this place.These hills covered with green leaves look very beautiful and the roar of various birds makes the place even more captivating.
